Here will be a chart showing the descent from Thomas Williams, born 1736, and Abigail UNKNOWN Williams, according to Mary Caroline Findley Edmands, 10 generations back from the current babies. William and Martha were great-great-great-grandparents of Grandfather Ernest Carl Edmands, 1884-1928.

That Thomas and Abigail are our ancestors is the finding of the research of Mary Caroline Findley Edmands, 1887-1970. The research of Nancy B. Edmands Allen, b. 1925, disagrees, however; instead of Thomas and Abigail, she would have William Williams IV, 1739-1816, and Martha Comee Williams, 1737-1805.
